From my personal experience I must say. VLCC Institute, Kolkata which is at Podddopukur is just like a bait, used for catching students who are treated as clients in business for money. The first day when you will go for admission they will try to show how beautiful and particular they are. But as the students entered for completion for their courses they will better know how they are. The Head (Suheeta Das) plays a vital role of torturing us, the faculties all are the same grades. The people they like the most, they will not give any thrash or any type of stimulation to them as they are very fond of them and the others are treated like slaves. Moreover I can tell worst way of behaving And ill treating.
The Institute is a "PLACE OF POLITICS" where faculties always keeps enjoying the scene.They will create such a situation that u have to survive in. Neither u can go out nor be in. U will feel like torturing in various ways. And the ways faculties will behave, so ill manned and ill treated u can’t think.
The courses which are given for a limited period of time, they will stretch that period to 1 year even longer. They will have different excuses to solve their problems. ultimately u r the sufferer. and at the last moment they will show that "ALL IS YOUR FAULT THEY ARE FULLY PURE"
They will not keep the attendance in order and at last they will show a big list that u have not attended a class more than a month and so u r responsible for not completion of your respective course. If u trying to say something they will just say a Sentence "DON’T CLARIFY, DON’T CROSS CHECK, BE WHAT U R, U DON’T DESERVE WHAT U R, U R TOO SMART FROM UR SHOES." They thinks they are more smart. They are doing business so y nt we?
When they are in need of money or VLCC business is going down they will call for "WORKSHOPS". Draining out money. if u don’t do the workshops you will be tortured and ill treated till u r out of the institute forever. And the most important time When giving jobs. they will not give job. At the first they will tell "JOB STARTING SALARY 12000 ETC ETC, enter this course and that bla bla bla." At the end. u r not experienced and u r not totally mature do this course u will get better chance and the main thing is that "TAKING MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE".
