First join and then pass comments

After reading lot of reviews on this site in r/o VLCC I think one thing is amply clear that these weight loss programs are very costly so we tend to form our opinion to critice it without actually going thru the whole process of joining first and commenting later. What I feel is that the programs at VLCC really help us to loose weight or atleast start losing weight naturally. it all depends on how u take it. you have to combine balanced diet (which ppl normally dont understand ) with regular walking and some simple exercises. the ppl at VLCC are very cordial and trained to get the best results for you. it just depends how u take it and try to change ur lazy lifestyle habits.            so try it for a better result...............stop worrying abt the money as the health is most imp than money.

THNX EVERYBODY FOR YOUR COMMENTS ON MY REVIEW. ACTUALLY THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME .   coming to my comments abt VLCC .. let me make it very clear that I m not any employee or related to VLCC, nor I am advicing for any fast track method of losing weight. It is my personal experience and I ve managed to loose 8 kgs in 3 months with determination and will power with the help of advice of councellors and obviously exercises combined with machines at VLCC. I gained weight (around 10 kgs ) due to stress and some personal domestic circumstances. VLCC helped me in gaining my confidence back and I started enjoying my new gained confidence. I do regular exercises now to maintain my weight . no centre whether it is VLCC or PP can make you loose your weight without your determination and will power. Its just that with their help and advice and because we have spent so much money on it, we tend to listen to their advices and act accordingly. I think it is general human tendency.

Lastly everybody does business for earning money so if they are charging high rates they are not forcing any body to join. Its only on the individual to think abt their prefrences. I think one can loose weight even by browsing health sites on internet and doing exercises but it would take long time and may be in the middle they loose their motivation as the results are slow as compared to joining any centre. so dont just criticise just have a better look at yourself and your goals.. as the centres can only help not change you forever.
