I got a complimentary voucher from VLCC beauty store for a free haircut. I took an appointment and was 5 minutes late and the staff was like Ma’am you are very late. My appointment was around 7:15 in the evening. Anyway I went, the guy Salim(their creative stylist, apparently) is his name gave a head wash for 3 minutes I think & a haircut in a record 12 mins.
I was done with everything in mere 20 minutes including walking in & waiting and I was out by 7:40. Was extremely disappointed plus they ruined my hair. And the worst part the staff was extremely impolite. Even after I told them what happened they went like ok Ma’am and that’s it.
So please, never go to VLCC, they are an ultimate crap.
