In todays world there are so many advicers for weight loss that one really gets confused.But the best advice from me to all the members is to be consistent in their approach.By this I mean to say that you should be very firm and determined to take a decision to lose weight.
No one is going to lose your weight for you.Youre going to have to do it all by yourself, and if the motivation doesnt come from within you, no amount of friends and family pushing you to lose weight is going to help.Any form of exercise is beneficial.Believe me!!
An all round action plan to leave you firm, toned and flab-free incorporates different aspects of fitness:
1)Aerobic/Cardiovascular fitness:aim for about half an hour each day.
2)Skipping:Strengthens the legs and arms without straining the knees.Is great for the entire body.(Not even heavy on your wallet!!)
3)Cycling:Great exercise.Is a good, vigourous exercise that tones the thigh abd calf muscles.You also burn lots of calories.
4)Jogging or Walking:Walking, especially is one of the easiest exercises that we can incorporate into our daily lives.Always walk energetically or else it is ineffective!!
5)Yoga:Is popular due to its calming effect both on the mind and body!!
6)Swimming:Is an excellent, all-round aerobic conditioner.
It is imp, at the outset, to mentally prepare your self to enjoy the exercise.Cause only then will you be benefitted!The funda is to enjoy whatever you are doing.
I have tried these and still do them.They definitely help.I hope they will help you too.
