My experience with VLCC kept getting worse with each visit. Their staff is not only unprofessional but also always changing. They don’t keep proper records of customers’ treatments & I’ve always faced issues with their skin procedures. after charging a bomb, there is absolutely no satisfaction. What’s worse? the staff is least interested in resolving grievances. The worse beauty brand for sure.
