I had taken up VLCC services when it was in Kalyani nagar and it was a great experience then, so I went back to them at Koregaon park for weightloss and inchloss, for 10 kgs weightloss and inchloss I paid 90K to them which was whopping amount, the physiotherapist there was so nice and polite that we fell into her trap and then started the tormentation, after 2-3 sessions she started asking us to take up their advanced therapy called ’cool sculpt’ and we told her we would decide that at a later stage
Next horror which started after that was, they started making lame excuses if my weight lifted after a session/therapy, never gave me time slots favourable to my time, no diet modifications, infact 3 of their dieticians left the job in the meantime, no one took charge of what had to be done, rather Everytime I went they asked me what treatment I wanted to take which had to be done by them, till today I’ve lost only 2 kgs in 8 months and they always argue saying ma’am aap hi kuch khaate rahoge, I feel I’ve wasted my time, energy and money behind them.....coordination issues, they never know what the dieticians are doing, if theyve followed up with the client, they talk to you very rudely and walk away...
My only last opinion is please put in your money and efforts if you want to insult yourself, with no or least results, atleast at the Koregaon Park branch of VLCC, I repeat they are frauds big time....stop ditching people!!
