I had enrolled for a full body laser treatment at VLCC Coimbatore a few months ago. Before purchasing the package, I specifically enquired whether there was any deadline to complete the sessions. Ms. Prema from the branch assured me that there was no validity period and also promised visible results with consistency.
Based on that assurance, I went ahead and completed 34 sessions. However, midway through the treatment, I received a call from the team informing me of a new corporate rule introducing a validity period, which was not part of the agreement at the time of purchase. As a result, I am now being told I can no longer avail the remaining sessions of my package.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels unfair as it disregards the original terms under which the package was sold. I hope VLCC takes responsibility for honoring prior commitments made to customers, regardless of subsequent internal policy changes.
