My name is Priyanka Singh -Age 45, working with a MNC and living in GK-1, would really like to highlight that VLCC -GK-2 team is making false commitment to taking out money from the client with zero results.
And VLCC is making financial fraud. Your sales staff Sangeeta is a real time example who are not even Ben concerned about client after she receives the dull amount.
Then secondly service provided to the client are not even by the certified doctor. Your commitment while taking money to give 100% result is not even 1%.
I paid the amount of approx one lakh for cool sculpting at Greater Kailash -2, New Delhi to avail service when VLCC branch manager Joe and Sangeeta forced me to see the result with 6 applicators. Just to inform you that when I paid the amount in Sep 24.
I clearly mentioned verbally as well as in writing that I am very fit with my daily work out and diet plan and keep my weight between 54-56 .. I just wanted to reduce a belly and side fat from stomach portion.
Only fat to be removed from sides and tummy which was little bit loose.
I have not even Lost 1 inch in any area except 1 inch from sides in 7 months.
They applied 4 applicators for no reason in 7 months now.
VLCC provides cool sculpting by intern physicians who are only 2 years exp without any supervision and now calling me thrice for MLD and MTONE with no result.
I have a proof of the payment receipt and my day to day measurements.
Sangeeta got my treatment done by fresher and intern Ms Vanika and one more intern physician so called intern doctor who was not even able to fix applicator properly and wow such a horrible management that there was no supervision of the experienced doctor.
Dont you think after charging such a huge amount, I would have been treated by the experienced doctor.
Sangeeta sitting in cabin has everyday to offer clients different course but they are not bothered to acknowledge an issue on the service is paid for
How this clinic works? Is this the way VLCC cheats people? I again want to bring to your notice that they dont have certified doctor to apply applicator. VLCC uses cheap intern physician.
Now I need my money back.
I have been cheated by VLCC and not even lost fat from tummy and sides. Its same as it was on my joining date and about inches they committed my fat loss but now they have put me on Therapy and session with no result for last 7 months.
Why didnt then they charged money for therapy and session only in lesser amount when they knew applicator had been pushed to me for no reason?
