Subject: Complaint against https://VLEBazaar.in a Fraudlent eCommerce Company in Haryana, Regularly Cheating thousands of People across India
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, wish to bring to your kind attention to the fraudulent activities of the eCommerce company https://VLEBazaar.in, based in Haryana. This company, engaged in the online sale of electronic commodities, has been consistently deceiving thousands of people across India.
On 16/11/2022, I placed an order (Order Number: 1860716) for a "BoAt Stone Grenade 5W Bluetooth Speaker" through VLEBazaar’s online platform and made a payment of Rs 818.10/- via Razorpay (Payment Id: pay_KgSRi3HxglXmGP). Unfortunately, upon delivery on 21/11/2022, I received a completely different and degraded product.
Following my complaint to their customer care, VLEBAZAAR collected the substandard product from me on 05/12/2022, promising to deliver the correct item promptly. However, despite numerous complaints and countless phone calls, neither the original product nor the refund of Rs 818.10/- has been processed to date.
It has come to my attention that numerous individuals across India are falling victim to the fraudulent practices of this company, as evident from various online reviews and complaints:
