I have been buying online from various websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra, Decathlon, etc etc. But never lost even a single paisa from any one of them. But first time, spotted the thief. Lost money.
Below is the story -
I placed my first order in Apr 2023 and it was an microphone from Vlogging. Cost was around 329. I ordered with a doubt but surprisingly the item arrived on time. The packing was not that great but product was working fine.
So due to this success, decided to buy the 2nd item in Jun 2024 and placed an order. this time it was a HP mouse for Rs.200. After 2 days I received an call from a guy named Jitendar Yadav and he says "the item is currently out of stock sir but will arrive in another 2 days, so what should I do, Cancel?". I said, I can wait. and he processed and surprisingly, the item arrived in another 6 days after that call!
So after these 2 success, I decided to buy a little big one this time. So ordered an Philips hooked earphones on 5 Sept 2024, the cost was Rs.1000. This time 7 days gone but no call from them, no updates! So I called to find out the status and they said the same thing they told for HP mouse "The item is currently out of stock with out seller sir. But the seller will receive in 2 days and you will then receive it in 2 days" meaning, I will receive the item in 4 to 5 days. But nothing after a week again!
I called them again, same story. Called 3rd time, same story. And finally called on 5th Oct and they again said same story, but this time, I decided to cancel the order and asked for refund. So they cancelled and initiated the refund and said I will get refund in 3 to 5 days. Its been 100+ days now and still NO refund from them.
Every time I contact them, they say - You will get refund in 24 to 48 hours, but nothing happens.
I even raised complaint ticket and they asked my account details and then nothing.
I recently tried reaching that fraud Jitendar Yadav but instead a lady named Nisha answered the call. And she looks like complete fraud. I even threatened them saying Court and police, but they seem like taking it casually.
Finally, They ate my Rs.1000. I even asked that Fraud Nisha that "has that Philips earphone arrived now, so that you cancel the refund and send me that item". She asked me to wait 1 hour and after that she stopped answering my calls.
I even asked her to check about product’s availability on their fraud website, so that I could order that but this lazy Bh is not even telling that. And their customer support has full of uneducated nonsense people, who dont even know how to answer an call!
OVERALL - The VLE bazzar is an typical road side bazzar or even worse. Full of fraud people running this garbage. PLEASE Guys dont order here. If so, order with your own risk.
