They did not do the settlement for the past 2 years around 50 people, whoever left the company. They are having 1 or 2 clients. They don’t have any level of CMMI certificates. But they are keeping CMMI Level 5 in their websites. They are trying to cheat the employees money.
Not they are telling that no one will answer if the employees ask for their settlements. if we send mail also, we won’t get any response, then they will block our mail ids.
