Hi I am using postpaid connection of Vodafone from last 1 year and not satisfied with the billing structure of the company.as I have got many time miscellaneous charges in my bills. I had paid for the services for which I had not requested.
Vodafone call rates are too high as compare to the other operator.earlier the 3G of Vodafone was functioning very much speedily but now the speed has went very slow.Also the operator which was very well know for strong network everywhere is slowly getting week in the network, I have faced network congestion many times.
Vodafone was best earlier but today its just good.
Service is also not upto the mark
