Today I am going to review on the Vodafone Essar Ltd. one of my friend working in these company and now he is worrying about his job because these company is merged with idea company so so many employees are going to lose their jobs.in present their is no job security in these company. salaries and benefits are very low in these company . there pay scale is very low. it take long years for growth in these company. my friend is working since last 4 years but his position doesn’t change. work load is full and work is very heavy at the end months there are huge targets for employees.
