There is one thing I like most that " every dog has four leg "last week I was complaining about the airtel bharti & this week I got the case relating to vodafone essar............good.....
Actually yesterday I met my old customer who had so many tension , when I asked about it, he replied me that .... his dad is using the vodafones postpaid conection & this month the bill amount was rs. 1968. I felt that its common for every one but after I got shok that every month he was paying rs. 350-400.
This time......(5 times) & the main thing is that, according to that bill he(his father) had make call to europe & for 33 minutes.(which was charged for Rs. 40/per minute.) but they are not in condition to pay the such amount. So, I have suggested that they have to go for consumer court & the court will decide what to do.....I cant say who is responsible for this issue.....
*(a) the owner of the sim card.
(beause when u r purchasing the sim card there is strictly warn that what ever bill itemised, u will be responsible & has to pay which means the soley responsible person of the card is cardholder) (b) the company (vodafone essar ltd.) **beause there is law relating to services, that when a customer or serviceholderare crossing their limit ( limit are always fixed for every customer) as well if its suspectiouse they have remind
*(c) other (may be callcenter executive )
* because in the case had been found in gujarat that there were callcenter executive were using the call lines & the bill was transferred to the customer... idont know how. but it was happened....
now they have filled a case after this the company & that customer will see what is the courts decision....
