Direct debit hassles

I wanted to enroll for direct debit. After requesting for the service I got hounded by their call centre asking when can they send a man to sign some documents. After finally fixing a day and time, the dude decides not to turn up! When is the industry going to wake up to horrible customer support?


And I dont understand why mouthshut reviews is asking me to submit at least 75 words? I dont really have anything more to say!
