I am using m-pesa account of vodafone since 2016.i am always using m-pesa web based transaction and later I got an app from play store for m-pesa, when I installed the app my phone getting hangings some sometime it show network error.

Later I uninstall it and my phone come to the normal conditions
M pesa app is still working background and pick battery charge
Sometimes it forced stop
When we make transactions
I have lost 349 rupees from it
Which shows my transaction successful but I didn’t get amount to my sim card
Really bad app and sevices
