So bad, it’s like something out of a stage farce. Ok, three events just from the last year on my account ( I have one phone and one iPad with Vodafone) .
I have been unable to use my iPad ( bought direct from Vodafone with a Vodafone sim) , on the data network since I received it in Aug 15! Every time you try to use data, you get an error message saying ’you are not subscribed to a data package’ This effectively means that the 3GB of data I pay for each and every month is a complete waste. Before you think I’m a total sucker, here’s what I’ve done about it to date.
