My experience is like the hundreds of other reviews here. I asked them to cancel a line one year ago, they said they would, but didn’t, multiple times, after hours on the phone, and still I am paying them 20 pounds per month. On my other line, they overcharged me by at least 500 pounds on International calls(because I subscribe to both Vodafone International and World Traveler which should result in lower pricing for international calls even while travelling in Vodafone World Traveler countries). After about 4 hours on the phone with several morons and one manager several months ago I was assured that the amount he recalculated would be applied as a credit, but I just found out that never happened. So I called again today to explain, this time my adviser was rude and impatient with me because while he agreed with me that I was overcharged, it was(in his words) such a complex task to recalculate that he wanted to go away and do it and call me in 72 hours, almost blaming me for ruining his lazy day and giving him something to do that required a bit of brain power. I am sure I will never hear from him again in the same way I never heard back from anyone before him.
