I’m a Vodafone customer for last 5 years. I didn’t face any issue in billing or service. I’m always connected wherever I go except at some rare places where only BSNL is available.
The only issue I’ve with Vodafone is the long waiting time at their shops. I’m located in Ahmedabad in Gujarat. Whenever I go to any of their shops(Shivranjani or stadium), I always end up waiting for more than 30 minutes.
Even the roaming is quite good. I’ve been using only GSM service. I didn’t use GPRS or 3G. So, can’t rate these.
