I am staying at Thane in Mira road Location near by station, & not satisfied with the Vodafone Network
I am not getting 4g Speed, Always network bounce from 4g to 2g.
I am facing problem of network in my home from last 3 years. Every time I complain but they assure me that your problem will be l resolved within few days. Customer Care service is also worst,
Now I am planning to switch from Vodafone to some other network who will give proper network in our areas,
I had very bad experience with Vodafone, very pathetic journey with Vodafone from GOOD to BAD.
I am also facing problems with Bills, my Vodafone billing plan is 175 per month but I never used too much calling or internet but every month getting bill around 700 to 800 per month, I many time complained with customer service but they are ignoring my problems.
