Vodafone please save my marriage!

I am nervous. I feel insecure. I know there is some one in my wife’s life. He calls twice daily and sends two sms every day. I know who he is but cannot do anything about it. My wife say you don’t care about me and not give at least one call but he is calling me twice daily.bla bla bla bla . You want to know who is that one. The other one is ‘Vodafone’.

They call every day and their prerecorded message starts. They send promotional sms twice daily. Even till today I have not called my wife that much time. Imagine two calls and two sms every day for two months. Have they have given my wife that much talktime and sms, She would not have to recharge her card. Virgin mobile, why don’t you tied with Vodafone so that I have gained like your scheme it pays for incoming calls.

This started two month back. My wife has prepaid card. And if you go by competition prepaid card is much better than postpaid. (At least for wife prepaid is always better, that way she can control her talk on phone). But her phone gets disconnected if you don’t recharge in time. So she changed her service to lifetime prepaid. From the day she changed to lifetime prepaid this promotional calls started. They come at such awkward time and cause inconvenience to her. Yes you can disconnect it but it is recorded calls so you feel they are harassing you. That also two calls every day and two sms. My wife is working woman and now she really disturbed with these calls. Sms are filling her inbox. Two months back we called service center and they say it will stop after one month but now after two mont, it still continued. And there call center number is always busy. So I have given up.

Before Vodafone,  Hutch is truly professional. Yes you may have some difficulties but the call center executives seem to be knowledgeable and try to solve your problem. But Vodafone sucks. There executives are dumb people and for every query they ask there senior and keep you on hold and even then they cannot solve your problem. At now 111, 9823098230 come always busy, whenever you call. Now I really fade up.

I tried to sign there DNR registry but they don’t have facility online for prepaid service. I know you have to send some sms, but can any body tell me to which number and what sms.

And one particular problem they cannot solve for two years is very unique. If you remember you have to activate your roaming if you want to go to Mumbai. We are in pune. Even she requested the roaming never get activated. And now there is no need to activate roaming as now Mumbai is included in Maharashtra circle, even then her phone become caput when she enters Mumbai. *( it’s ok as she very few times go to Mumbai and her maika is in Mumbai so no instruction from there in those days.)

So now I am going for Idea prepaid.

But can someone help solve these two problems

1] unsolicited calls from Vodafone and those sms

2] activation of roamong in Mumbai,

Because it’s always hard to change service providers, as for years you have that no and in emergency someone in need may not get your new number. And one more thing, I think Vodafone operate at 900 hz frequency so their call quality is better inside large premises.

Sometimes I feel great to see Vodafone name in f1 racing but their service is really pathetic in India to say least. This is not really expected from a truly MNC.

So please somebody save my marriage!
