I used Vodafone service before 3 years& this was very bad experience to me. I purchase post-paid sim card for the internet, & plan is(1mbps-10gb)720rs per month with tax. The .internet service is too much good but I got 1st bill 1020 rs. No problem I paid this bill. But 2 nd month again I got 1500 rs. I discussed with voda customer care. She’s tell mi u are call charges add in this bill, when I m not call any one, hows this possible. Its totally pesa khau company, after three month I start sim card disconnect procedure, that time he(Vodafone)taken to much time for disconnect processes. After disconnect he sent me 2 bills again rs off 2500/-.
I got really bad experience with Vodafone, costumer care is too much worst.
