I have always been a pre-paid customer despite the tempting offers issued
not only by Hutch but other service providers as well
despite having to shell out Rs 2 for every local call!
Initially I went in for BPL connection but never got the signals inside my house
Whenever I used to call up their customer support I would get a standard answer that the boosters would be installed soon and the n/w would improve . how soon? no answer
Then I shifted to Airtel . there I would never get the signals in my office . reason .?
The same answer . this despite the office being located on the ground floor
Then finally I changed to Hutch but not before toying with the idea of Reliance mobile but at that time they did not have the facility of prepaid on their mobile and GSM handsets wouldn’t work .
So I settled for HUTCH not willingly though . It was just a Hobson’s choice for me .
n/w coverage was much better . I used to get at least 3 pts on the mobile .(Now I get full strength)
Just recently I shifted to their Life time prepaid scheme
(Though in real terms they have an operating licence only till 2014)
but then I get a full talktime on every recharge . and I have to renew only once in 6 months or so .
