Hello. I have been using Vodafone for the last 1 year as my primary sim. But from the last few months the internet speed is reduced soo less that I cant use it for surfing google in many day. I am using a 3g sim still its too slow to use it.
I have contacted their customer care amd explained my issue. They just take a complaint of my issue and does nothing.
The bills and plans of Vodafone are also high. I think they should first make there connection better and increase the rate if they want to. Giving a high cost plan and bad network connection is unbearable.
I would also say that there services are also bad.
