I feel bad for choosing this network.I had a vodafone perepaid network and on a day an excutive from their customer care had called me and told that they had a good plan if we choose a 4g sim.I believed it and bought.An excutive came to my home and gave me the 4g sim card.
After a month a was shocked that they gave me a postpaid sim card.After a month a bill was came to my home I was shocked.I had didnt used to call from it more than 20 rupees but in the bill the amount was of rupees 349.
I complainted it to the customer care and they told me to go to the nearest store when I reached there they showed no interest in my matter.They told that they cannot change it because I have to use at least 90 days in this postpaid connection.
What should I do now.
Totally waste of money and time.
Bad experience.
