Vodafone- Started Digging Their Own Grave

I was a loyal customer of Vodafone for as long as I could remember. But what have I received in return ?


1) On several occassions they have debited talktime without my concern. When called their customer care I was told it was my mistake. Few of them were refunded and lot of it never came back to me.


2) Friends just imagine how the company made money just by wrongly debiting customer’s account. You will get shivers.


3) I still remember the days when we had to pay Rs. 256/- for One GB of 2G internet.


4) Never ever we would get proper speed. They will switch you to high speed by switching someone to lower speed only when complained.


5) The customer service executives were specially instructed not to help customers if their request comes in way of the robbery vodafone is carrying on.


6) It is always a horrible task to reach a customer care executive over phone due to their intentional longer IVR.


7) I remember the days when I would just sit helpless during an important assignment due to their poor internet speed.


8) Then 3G came but the same issues remained.


9) The only intention they had is to convert you to Post Paid so that they can . you big time.


These are the things that you generally get when you become loyal to someone. He takes it for granted.


Then Mukesh Ambani came with Jio 4G as our saviour. It was like a slap to Vodafone from the helpless citizens of India.


But they didn’t stop here. They are still taking more price for lesser days for a similar offer. Suddenly an offer is withdrawn. I know they will not stop cheating. It has entered their blood and bones. They will only stop after nailing the last nail to their coffin.
