I had lost my phone with outstation sim. Gave complaint. Took two weeks for them to send a new sim. I mean even a parcel through snail mail will only take two days. And now what they gave me the sim but forgot to send documents. So two days more .but forget two days.
Another week went by and no activation. So went to the service center. Seems the sim is defective and the guy had ordered another(when I dont know) and gave me new sim. And now also have to send documents. I have no clue to the extent of moron. Sorry had to invent the word. Frustration you see. Now I wait until Monday for activation(the new sim given on fridya) dont know if ti will be successful.
They just dont have clue about the seriousness of the issue. They dont care about customers needs and situation. Its like government . Now I called the customer service. They say talk to the service center. There you go round and round no resolution.meanwhile my very important calls, clients etc are left in the lurch.
