I’ve been a customer of Vodafone India for the past 15 odd years. Recently, I moved to Bangalore from Bombay & I’ll be living here for quite some time now. I’m facing internet problems for the past 3 WEEKS & have been making endless calls and lodging complaints only to be in the dark.
Nothing has been resolved so far. Whenever an executive answers my call, they proudly take a note of complaints and forget about it right after the freaking call! Bullshit customer service! Irregular replies on emails(when they claim to reply back to the email within 2 days!) Bloody jokers!
I’m lodging a formal complaint against VODAFONE INDIA in a couple of days if my queries aren’t resolved. I’m not making any more calls. You want to charge unnecessarily for roaming, be my guest! I’m not paying a penny for those fake charges. You want my money? EARN IT!
