I have been using hutch prepaid for almost 3 and half years till October 07. Then I made a very big mistake. A mistake, which I never thought, would spoil my happiness. I’ve got migrated to Vodafone Postpaid.
When I was in prepaid, I never had a necessity to go to a recharge store. I used to do everything online. I thought postpaid could make my life much simpler. But they’ve made my life more horrible.
I am from Hyderabad. I am in 399 talk plan. There are a hell lot of discrepancies in bill, WORST customer service, poor network coverage while travelling in the city, call drops. I’ve asked them to send me an itemized bill on email every month. Since two months I’ve not received the bill. I’ve filed many requests with the customer care, nothing was done.
I’ve fed up with the service and planning to migrate to Airtel. But I was told by many people that even Airtel is troubling the customers with these sorts of things!! Can anyone from Hyderabad / A.P who is familiar with Airtel and Vodafone, please suggest me what to do? To stay back in Vodafone or push off to Airtel??
