Services at the best can be described pathetic

They don’t deserve even one star in any of the fields mentioned.


*Metwork Coverage:** They don’t have any it seems as I cant even connect to a phone in the same   circle of close user groups.


You can never depend on the coverage in case of emergency.


*Customer Service**: Well you need to connect to them in order to judge this, the only thing that flash on my cell phone screen is’ **network busy’.**the services should me used as a patience tester.


I guess their philosophy of treating a customer is a person "jo kust se mar jaye"


*Charges And Billing**:Ahhhh .these guys are very quick to send you mails and msgs on you bills promotions etc as if they have taken up the task of keeping your inbox full . its only customer msgs and calls which they keep as the lowest priority


It looks like they forgot to install any network towers before distributing the sims.


It is best to throw this sim to gutters and opt some other service provider as it seems they are hell bent on loosing customers. So why not help them.
