Vodafone International Cheating Standards

I am using Vodafone services from more than 5 years, have 5 postpaid connections on my name. I don’t have a habit of verifying bill summary. But.I came to know "Vodafone Cheating episode" after looking at December month bill.


According to my PLAN, STD call tariff is 50p per minute but they charged 2 Rupees 40 P per minute.


Immediately I informed customer care regrading this issue [which is almost 25 days back], and the response from the customer care is, "It is because of technical issue and we will resolve it in 24 hours."


My dear Vodafone people hope you know this famous line, "Man will make mistake machine will not." Instead of covering your mistake you can directly say I have tried to cheat you but failed.


And from that day I am doing follow-ups with CC for this issue resolution. Every time they are saying       "We will resolve in 24 hours." But it is more that 24 days, no action taken from CC team. And the highlight of this episode is they blocked STD for my number by stating "Due to late payment." How you are expecting me to pay the bill without issue resolution? I don’t know how many 24 hours you need to resolve this issue.


And more funny thing is, during this process JAN bill also generated and again same mistake repeated. Don’t know how many more calls I have to make for this issue resolution.


However my kind request to all Vodafone users, "Please blindly  don’t pay your postpaid bill I am sure many of you already got cheated like me." At-least from today verify your bill summary before payment.


And to GREAT Vodafone team thanks for you wonderful international cheating standards. And my suggestion is  "How ever your CC team doing nothing, so you can gain more profits by stopping your CC services [salary, rent, maintenance etc  you paying to CC team].
