Worst customer services and wrong commitments.

I was really happy using the prepaid services given by you and I really wanted to use postpaid facility and migrated the prepaid connection into the postpaid in the January where I was offer the below services on my number.


1 GB 3G data free.


399 local minutes free.


199 STD minutes free.


Free calling on any one Vodafone no.


Local Vodafone to Vodafone calls at 60paise/minute.


Local mobile to mobile calls at 60paise/minute.


Other local calls at 60paise/minute.


STD calls at 60pasie/minute.


Local SMS at Rs.0.60paise/SMS.


National SMS at Rs.0.60paise/SMS.


International SMS at Rs.5/SMS.


Before the activation of my number I was treated as the King, I received two verification calls where they asked me to share any one Vodafone no. number on which I can avail the free calling offer, I told the same and both time they confirmed me that my friends Vodafone number has been activated for free calling and I can start using this and I did the same.


Who knows you were planning to charge me for this, first my bill was high and I continuously followed with you all to get my bill, when I received the bill after several follow ups, I got to know that the no. which is free on my number was charged, my bill was wrongly made, I raised the complaint on chat to revised my bill and my complain no. is 2431701944 which was promised to resolve on 15th Feb but now the due date has been revised to 21st February.


Calling on your Vodafone no. is worthless because each person is telling me some other story and giving me wrong information. I am getting regular message from you to increase my credit limit, It making me worried, frustrated and annoyed, No one is  helping me, I called today on customer care no. and one of the customer care executive Deepak told me to dial12115# to get activated the free Vodafone to avoid high billing so that my number gets uninterrupted services but when I dialed this no. it shows no offer.


No one is resolving my concern and everyone is guiding me to wrong path, this is the worst experience getting from such a big organization, You all are cheaters who are sitting on the desk and cheating the customers like us. So many people call from your organization but they just listen the complaint, no one provided the solution, I guess your logo should be changed from HAPPY TO HELP to HAPPY TO MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE WORST.


The worst customer services even I was not aware of that the persons who all are sitting in the appellate and nodal offices are such kind of person who all are letting the customer lose.
