Poor Vodafone service

I have been using the vodafone services from last five years. Then one fine day the signal gone away on its own and that too at my office cum home. Nightmare started after that. Nobody at customer care understood the problem.


Talked to more than dozen executives. Everytime they said that it will take 48 hours to take action but nothing was done. One of them said that some work is going on on the tower and will take some days. But nobody how much time it will take. Months? Years? A lady at their customer care center was so rude to say anything. She said its my sim/phone fault. 15 days passed and zero coverage on my phone. Really harassed. When asked for the solution from lady at customer care center she said there is no solution to this. I can do whatever I wanted. I told her she has no right to talk to me like that and I not going to pay any bills. In return she told be that recovery people will get the bills paid.


That was so ridiculous. Nodal officer also mentioned on mail that some problem is there but unable to mention the time of rectification. That was so sad.


Company like Vodafone started taking customers for granted. Now it is there turn to get the bills cleared, there are again harassing by mentioning about a bunch of lawyers they have for loyal clients like me which they failed to serve. When vodafone was unable to provide me service, I bought an airtel number.
