Vodafone is one of the biggrst mobile operator company, but in recent years its services have beem degrading slowly and thus which has lead to jumping of customers from Vodafone to Jio or Airtel.
First of all Vodafone is not cheap, it is costly. There are far better plans in jio and airtel which you can make use of of. But vodafone charges a lot of money for the same product. But in recent days due to loosing of precious customer they have decreased the cost of their plans.
Second Vodafone does not cover all areas as it has a limited range. It range is limited, thus it does not work in closed areas, deserted areas and its netowrk is low. Its data plans are also slow and thus it is of no use.
Many customer say me that they are not satified by the kind of services they get. The customer service is not good, it does not treat customer right.
Vodafone 4G gives a good speed but it ends up very soon the data finishes very fast.
It has been in plan for long from being converting from Hutch to Vodafone. Voda releases some cool stuffs asnd adds its zoo-zoo add and the pug campaign has succeded a lot.
But in front of other Major compeditor like Reliance Jio with its almost free plan just few months ago it started charging customers. and bharti airtel who has always been in the game. With this type of big gun in the market I personally think that Vodafone need to work hard alot.
But with time they are working for the betterment of the company and thus succeeded yo an extend.
With closing of aircel mobile operator, many consumers from aircel spreaded to voda, airtel, jio and docomo etc.
To attract more customers it has decreased the cost of plans and made many other outstanding plans.
With the passage of time I think vodafone will get itz customers back and finally written to the glory it once had in the market.
But for now I would like to stick to Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel over Vodafone operator.
