Network coverage of Vodafone is very bad, I am using Vodafone since 8 years I face so much difficulties while calling and using internet, when I use Internet either network is gone or 2g is connected.
Customer service is also became so bad now a days I have to try lots of time to contact Vodafone care then it is connected even Vodafone staff can not solve problems and they said we are facing technical issue call after some time and repeat this again and again
charges are very large in Vodafone can not give any good planes they only demands for very heigh amount of rupees and they increases and decreases their plans according to other operators
