BIG MISTAKE BY CHOOSING VODAFONE

Worst service I have dealt with so far. Here is my sobbing story: I opted to go for vodafone, porting my 3 numbers from a far better service provider to Vodafone. I was told that only 1 of the numbers has been ported successfully. Still haven’t received any confirmation on the other 2. Then my previous provider disconnected my number as the porting completed, and guess what, I did not receive my SIM card from Vodafone on Saturday 26th July 2014 as promised.


The agency Instamoney Financial Services stopped picking up my call on as they did not have the answer. So I decided to visit THIRD CLASS VODAFONE Gallery. There initially their link was down. I was then asked to meet Ajay Kumar who then sent me to Ravi and then to Sunil who wasted my 2 hrs and said nothing. I was asked to wait and even after 2 hes of them having fun among themselves, cracking jokes and laughing, while I was waiting there patiently, I was told nothing. Here I got the careless attitude of Vodafone towards their NEW CUSTOMERS. So decided not to waste my day in the gallery.


I was hoping to get a favorable, sensible response from the call center. But guess what, VODAFONE Call Centers are the worst. Spoke with Narayan on 29th July 2014, who promised me a SIM within 24 "Working Hours", but never received a SIM card. I got the same confirmation from the floor manager Gautam as well, who said that the date of delivery reflects as 30th July 2014. Again just words.On 30th July, still waiting for my card as my number has been disconnected, I called up Vodafone at 20:05hrs and spoke with Nitin. This time I am told that they cannot do anything, only the agency  Instamoney Financial Services would be abnle to help me and they can do nothing. So today I called up the Nodal Officer and explained him the whole thing. He said that someone from the agency would be calling me up. Now the agent "SUMIT" from Instamoney Financial Services, who ignored my call and was not picking up my call, had to call me up. He assured that he has dispatched the card by courier and I would be receiving it by evening.


Again, false promises. Called him up at 16:30 he said that I would receive it by 17:00. 18:00hrs he said that he would be providing the courier tracking number. And since then he is not picking up my phone. I am without a service since Saturday and on top of it the Vodafone idiots and the agency is giving me a run around. I have decided to not port my other 2 numbers. I already have an active Vodafone connection, which I would be disconnecting soon. I am just waiting for my SIM CARD. If I am not asking too much. I wish you guys can learn a thing or two from DOCOMO or other services. BIG MISTAKE BY CHOOSING VODAFONE. I am posting this story on all the networking site and also mouthshut.com. Hope everybody reads this.
