Vodafone postpaid service is one of the worst mobile operator. I was being used since 6months. Actually my plan was of 499 but even I use moderately the bill will be like more than 1000rs. If I contact customer service they use to say I was being using mobile data. Actually I never use mobile data as I was having WIFI connection at our home. It always charges more than we use.
Even sometimes it doesn’t has good network. Whenever I visit to my grandmother housem I was unable to use internet as it doesn’t have any network. I really became frustrated for using this service. Even customer support is also worse. I will never recommend this mobile operator for anyone.
