Vodafone is the most pathetic and hopeless service it gives the worst customer support there is no co ordination between department . No two department can transfer call to the employ which customer wants to speak . I am having a problem since 3 months from Vodafone since bill dispute but no 1 is there to take care of my problem all employ gives false promises if you are talking to an employ and sharing your problem since half and hour and your call gets disconnect then again you have to call and you have say the whole story again and still the problem is not solved you gets false promise and again you have to call after your bill cycle and again you have to discuss this is the procedure I am doing since last 3 months I know all the name of employ to whom I have talked there is a long list and again you can not contact that person and that person also does not contact you because he do not want to solve your problem.
