Vodafone is byfar the best service provider in India.
I have been using Vodafone since 3 years now and till now I haven’t found internet speed faster than Vodafone especially 2g and 3g as they haven’t yet launched 4g
It has the best coverage you will get. My mom uses a Reliance network and it loses network in some of the areas in our house. And I have also compared with other service providers and Vodafone is yet to be beaten in terms of Internet speed( 2G and 3G) and also in terms of coverage.
The areas in which Vodafone lags behind are CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRICE. Vodafone is way more costlier than ANY OTHER service providers. And also their customer service is not great.And form my end user experience I would say that Vodafone is best in terms of Speed and coverage but is the worst in terms of pricing and customer service.
I would say their prices are quite heavy on ur pocket. But if the pricing doesn’t concern u it’s the best thing u can get till now. And as my personal view and experience I have curbed using vodafone internet because of it’s high prices.One last thing I would mention is that.The best offers price also increases with ur recharges. For eg. previously I used to do a recharge of about 55 and would get the extra talktime too But after a few recharges the prices have moved up quite a bit now I get offers of about 220 starting.Also the billing plans are high too as my dad uses it. But I still love Vodafone for it’s excellent coverage and internet speeds.
