I have transferred all mobile nos including my personal no (10+) of my company for better coverage and services to VODAFONE from IDEA. Vodafone sale officer was told to link 3G connections to some of the above no.
To our surprise first month bill for few days exceeded the 3 month total bill of IDEA and charges for the calls within group were also charged. When looked at the bill carefully, 3G was not at all incorporated in the plan and GPRS charges of Rs 600 were charged to my personal no for 3 days and likewise for other nos. which was the first breach of trust.
When contacted sales officer he suggested to pay this bill and he will adjust the amount in next bill. So we paid to experience another breach of trust. To our one more surprise bill for the next month did not waive and charged us almost double than the plan suggested while porting.
Be careful and avoid vodafone company services. I have not paid my bill as it is loot for 2 months. Nowadays people have time constraints and companies like VODAFONE are taking advantage of this. Be careful while porting and take the plan details in written from the account opening officer.
