I ordered a new line from Vodafone, the sim card arrived promptly but it has proved impossible to get it activated. I have called Vodafone every day for the last five days an the sim has still not been activated, While typing this review I am once again on hold while they look for the account details. .The operator has told me, once again, that it will be sorted out this time.for sure. I am done with Vodafone, they are a complete waste of time.
