I want to make a complaint against Vodafone because I’ve never seen such a poor customer service in my life.
I’ve recharged my no. of Rs/- 21 and Vodafone says if you recharge from 21/- you will get a roaming free in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand.
I’ve recharged my No. 99532664** on 22nd Nov 2014.I’m in Calcutta at present and they have been charging me for every incoming and outgoing calls.
So my question is Calcutta part of West Bengal?
Secondly if it is a part of West Bengal that is true so why they charging me? Why they are offering fake services to cheat customers? Vodafone s*cks.I’m planing to switch to Airtel.
And I will not advice anyone to get Vodafone connection.
