Hello my name is kalpesh and I am tech specialist. I wasted hours on the phone with them and still haven’t fixed an issue with my upgrade after promising each single time that everything was fixed.
Also I tried to cancel few times and after waiting for over one hour they hanged up the phone in the middle of the conversation.
They had done that three times in a day and it was very clear that it was a trick to make people tired of waiting to cancel their contracts. They should really be ashamed of themselves. Last time I will ever do any business with them.
