I have owned a vodafone post paid connection recently same was activated on 23rd jan 2015 but vodafone has barred the out going service suddenly on 30th. I called up to customer care and inquired about it and come to know that same happens as field verification was pending.
I raised a request to resume the services but they strictly deny to do so and told me that service cant be resume until the verification done. I would also like to update that in this regards I have not received any call for update for last 7 days and no body bother to visit my address also. I called up today to get the update about my complaint status and one of the supervisor from vodafone care told me that service was barred due to negative update from field executive.
This is another wrong update and they are just blaming me that my address is incomplete and hence the person could not visit. I am totally fed up calling them but no one is responding properly.
Dear all readers, never go for vodafone please. There is a big no from my side.
