I am using these network from the past four years. from the last year 2016 in India there is tremendous change in the telecom operators because of the Jio. All operators(except vodafone) providing good offers to customers to save their customers. this vodafone doesn’t change any thing to their customers. the network is very poor even in some areas of city . calls will cut automatically because of lack of network. the customer service is very poor if we want to contact them means it takes too long time and they dont respond properly and very late response from them.when coming to charges and billings the tarrif rates are very high when compared with other networks.they don’t provide resaonable tarrif rates to their customers. I just fed with this network finally I port my number to another network.
