Vodafone is improving these days. Starting from network to there customer service is becoming good day by day.But I guess they have to go very long if they must come in line with Airtel. The good thing you have here is the Top-ups.It starts from a less amount like Rs.10 I think. Am not a prepaid user but am a postpaid one. I think its good for a common man to afford it.
Here starts the bad things about it.
1.GPRS is really very costly.
2.They take very long time to resolve a simple issue.
3.Vodafone is not as good as Airtel.
I guess these are some of the points I know about Vodafone. And I think this will help people decide to which connection they should go.
