I would like to convert my sim from prepaid to postpaid & as per a conversation with Mrs.Kavita(CSE-postpaid), I’ve submitted documents on 30-Apr-14 & received new sim(till this I’m delighted). She told me that within two days your postpaid sim will activate, but story changed & till date no follow up from Vodafone.
Today also I’ve called for complaint but no one has entertained me. It was very embarrassing! If I’ll do not receive any call within the next two days, then I’ll switch to other service provider.
In such competitive age Vodafone should provide better service rather than be pathetic. I can use abusive words but I won’t be. So please I look forward if you want. Very disappointed.
