Worst Service Experience

Hi, guys!


Few months back, I completely switched from Vodafone to other mobile operators due to a worst service experience in my life. I sent one text message containing ticketing information to one of my friend, but he received the text message on the next day. And this was the first day and after that whole week I experienced the same issue.


Now, as I approached Customer Service, literally all person executive started laughing on me. So, can imagine the level of Embarrassment that I have gone through by using a paid service called "Vodafone".


Plus there are other drawbacks of using Vodafone.




  1. The call will never be through for the first time, we always have to dial twice.




  2. Call Drop is very common for 5-6 times a day.




  3. Network Coverage is big joke, I don’t know why they are not investing on infrastructure   development.




  4. No unlimited plans for the business clients.




  5. They provide better service to foreign clients by ruining the domestic customers.
