Been informed will get resolved in the month of November 2016 so I will be paying the bill without the proper services. IVR should be close whenever system upgradation is on as customer can be fake since there will be no notes on the customer’s a/c. Very unhappy with the service as a customer. No good reason to stay with vodafone.just zonked
