Pathetic Vodafone services. I am corporate postpaid user. And I received the worst service. Their customer care representative dont know how to talk. They are least bothered about people’s time. Their representatives made me visit their counter twice or sometimes thrice a day just to submit some stupid documents for verification. I have to submit these kind of docs three times and still my verification is not done. And each month they deactivate my GPRS service just bcoz my number is not verified. When I asked them about my GPRS services/ verification or even what about my documents they ask me to visit again tomorrow.


From last three months my number get barred as my credit limit exceeds, I cannot use internet and yet I am charged extra money. I cannot increase credit limit as my number is not verified. When I call customer service they tell me to pay 3000 Rs. I don’t know for what I have to pay this money when I am a postpaid user.


Guys and Girls, please check their policies before enrolling to get Vodafone network.
